Four humans just traveled farther from Earth than anyone in 55 years — and watched a solar eclipse from deep space.

On April 6th, four astronauts aboard Artemis II traveled 252,760 miles from Earth — farther than any humans in 55 years. From that distance they watched a total solar eclipse pass across the face of our planet. We forget how small the day-to-day gets when seen from that far away.
